THE AERIN COLLECTION
/Fans of Aerin Lauder and her Aerin lifestyle brand will be happy to know she has launched a new line at Williams-Sonoma. Called The AERIN Collection, it's inspired by three major influences in her life: her mother, Jo Carole; her grandmother, Estée Lauder, founder of the cosmetics empire; and the Lauder family's estate in Palm Beach. That's evident in the collection's use of sea shells, natural elements including straw, touches of blue, and accents of gold, which her grandmother taught her to treat as a neutral.
This video from Architectural Digest gives you a peek inside the Lauder's airy and elegant tropical estate.
"My grandmother said everything can be beautiful if you take the time," says Aerin in one of the videos about the collection. "Whether it's your kitchen, desk or night table, it's those finishing touches - fresh flowers or a beautiful picture frame - that make a home a home.
